For our Sales & Marketing Department, we are looking for a fulltime ( 2,0 FTE)

                                               Inside Sales Representative

As Inside Sales Representative you are responsible of having inside Sales acquisition. Finding leads and set up appointments, to attend by either your outside Sales Rep, yourself or (together with) your outside Sales Representative. Inside Sales will have regular contact with (potential) customers and push them for sales via E-mail, Telephone or by setting-up face to face meetings.
As Inside Sales Representative you have administrative tasks and follow ups with customers.
Providing excellent Customer Service and help solving any difficulties

Activities / Goals:

• Have regularly meetings with (potential) customers.
• Find Sales leads.
• (Assist) in contract negotiations between Principal and the local Pricing team.
• Reach the Sales and KPI Targets set by HQ.
• Analyse sales data.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Creating and sending out offerings.
• Create contracts.
• Have good cooperation with Outside Sales Representatives.

Experience, education and competencies:

• MBO degree or comparable with experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experienced in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Experienced with CRM systems.
• Integrity (being able to work with confidential and sensitive information).
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Very good social and communication skills.
• Accurate Service- and commercial minded.
• Being able to work independently.
• Representative personality with a friendly, positive nature.
